We've all heard about biohacking your brain to achieve more in your career—but what about biohacking your body to achieve clear, glowing skin?

Your skin is constantly communicating with you:

"I feel dry. I feel irritated. I am oily. I am sensitive..."

The list goes on and on

You can try healing your skin's symptoms with topical creams and serums—but if you fail to ignore the underlying causations of your symptoms, you'll inevitably be stuck in a never ending break-out cycle.

Enter in face mapping.

Face mapping is derived from ancient Chinese medicine, and is commonly used to decode messages sent from your body to your skin.

What will it tell you? It will tell you you need to make dietary changes, drink more water, sleep more, or even stop smoking.

So what's the best way to use face mapping?

1. Grab a piece of paper and draw a blank face

2. Head to the mirror and take a look at your face from 1-2 feet away from your reflection

3. Document on the piece of paper where your breakouts are occurring, and make a note of what type of breakouts you are experiencing (cystic acne, small bumps, discoloration, sensitivity, etc.)

4. Compare your notes to the face map above. What is your skin telling you?

5. Write down your solutions: drink water, balance hormones (try Busy Bee), heal intestinal tract (with Revive Me), heal thyroid (by oil pulling).

If you're unsure of how to fix the root causes of your skin's symptoms, meet with a holistic practitioner. You'll be surprised by how quickly you'll see glowing results once you take initiative to listen to your skin.
