First of all, let’s talk about the ways in which heavy metals enter your body.

Heavy metals enter your system through:

1.     Your water supply

2.     Your pots + pans (never cook on aluminum!)

3.     Consuming fish and fish oil

4.     Beauty products

5.     Deodorant

6.     Tattoos

7.     Dental Fillings

8.     Breathing heavily polluted air

9.     Your genetics (yes, heavy metals can be passed down from parent to child)

10.  Exposure to “pesticides, batteries, steel, alloys, dyes, and steel

While there is a lot you can do to prevent yourself from coming into contact with heavy metals, there’s still a high chance that they will be prevalent in your body.

Once heavy metals enter your system, they get lodged into your cell tissue. They sit there and they pile up, they accumulate, they clog your lymphatic system and throw off your thyroid.

Mild to moderate heavy metal poisoning symptoms include feelings of fatigue, brain fog, headaches, nausea, diarrhea, abdominal pain, and nervous system dysfunction.

While therapies such as infrared saunas will help you release the heavy metals from your tissues and cell lining—they may not send the heavy metals directly out of your system.

Why? Heavy metals need a binding agent to leave your system.

They need to attach themselves to something to finally exit your body. One of the best ways to do this is to consume chlorella on a daily basis.

This is called “chelation therapy.”

What happens if you fail to give your body the binding agent? The heavy metals once released by the cells can resettle elsewhere in your body!

It’s similar to getting a massage; the toxins get released from your cells, and need to be flushed out with tons of water. In this case, your water should be blended with a chlorella rich substance (like Revive Me, wink wink).
